Nobody ever tells you how tough midlife can become and how much life experience we have to cope with - ageing parents, teenagers, gendered ageism, empty nesting, relationship stress or breakdown, menopause, job loss, health issues, loneliness… The list goes on and we all deal with some, if not all, of the above.
It can all be deflating. Well, we’re here to lift you up!

Content creation is easy when you take hair, make up, lighting, shooting and editing out of the process. In this session we are going to show you how to make video avatars and all the creative ways you can use them.
