It is designed, built and managed by midlife women for midlife women with everything we need to succeed in building a second career, presented in the way that we learn on our sister-help-sister platform. WE’RE NOT A TRAINING OR RECRUITMENT COMPANY. WE’RE SO MUCH MORE.
We are the complete package. And we can create a bespoke course for any business facing a skills crisis who will employ at least 25 women from the course. We use the power of our professional network and social media platforms to attract midlife women who are looking for training and employment in your field. We invite them to join our Visible Society platform to meet and engage with over 1200 like-minded women in a sister-help-sister environment and we work hand in hand with you to provide the tools and courses these women need to refresh their career or train for a new one.
We also offer an on-boarding programme where we create and help implement workshops for your talent teams, line managers, HR depts to ensure the smooth transition of integrating midlife women into your workforce.
